At Kidsogram, we strive to ensure that you and your child are delighted with every purchase. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we are here to help!
Products Eligible for Replacement
We offer replacement only (no returns or refunds) for the following product categories:
Physical books (e.g., cloth books, picture books)
Printed materials delivered via courier
A product is eligible for replacement if:
You received a damaged or defective item
The item delivered is different from what you ordered
You raise the issue within 7 days of delivery
Non-Returnable Items
Please note that the following items cannot be returned or replaced:
✅ Downloadable products (worksheets, activity bundles, coloring pages, digital files)
✅ Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling
✅ Items returned without original packaging
How to Request a Replacement

Clear photos of the item showing the issue
Once verified, a replacement will be shipped at no extra cost.
Replacement Timeline
