Orders That Cannot Be Cancelled

• Orders for downloadable products (worksheets, coloring pages, etc.) cannot be cancelled as they are delivered instantly.

• Orders that have already been shipped or delivered

• Orders placed with custom or special discounts

Refund After Cancellation

• If you paid online and the order is cancelled before shipping, the full amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

• No refund is applicable for digital product cancellations.
